- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪What we appreciate the most about Dr. Southard is that he categorically doesn't try to "upsell" you on stuff your pet doesn't need or would benefit from. (Haven't you been to a vet's office where you were made to feel like you needed to have this or that IN ADDITION to what you came for?. Didn't you feel like you'd be treating your pet like a "red-headed stepchild" if you didn't?)
